Overview

All orders are unable to make adjustment once it processed. Ensure your submitted shipping address is correct. Kicksxoff is in no way taking the responsibility of shipment to the wrong address.

For ready stock items : All orders will be shipped in 1-3 working days once you've received your order confirmation.

For Preorder items : Items might takes around 10-14 working days to arrive, once the items arrive we will ship it in 1-2 working days.

We'll try our best to ship out your parcel asap so please be patient.

Return Policy?

All sales are final and non-refundable once you have received the item more than 7 days.Moreover , we do not offer any returns, refunds or exchanges if tag was cut , packaging were thrown or tee has been washed. However, if we make a mistake in your order, such as sending you the wrong size, color or model, you have 64 hours from the time of delivery to notify us and request a return.
