  • The item must be in original, unused condition with all tags, labels, packaging, and accessories included.

    • Socks and insoles (for health and hygiene reasons)

    • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return:

2. Refunds

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds:

  • In cases where the item is returned used, damaged, or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the refund altogether.


3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model:

  • Please follow the return process and once we approve your return, you can place a new order for the desired item.

  • Please note: We cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange for will be available by the time we process your return, so we recommend checking stock beforehand.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

  • Original Shipping: Shipping charges for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please provide photos of the defect or damage to help us expedite the process.
